We begin processing orders within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Processing times are as follows:
For orders without design proof: 2-3 days.For orders with design proof: 5-6 days.

For all items with a personalized design or personal photo, please indicate it in the comment section of the order and a member from our team will contact you.
We ship all parcels via UPS and Fed Ex.
We offer delivery service via private courier for the Montreal and surrounding areas.
We also offer free local pickup in Montreal and Laval. We will send you an email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. All instructions, including pickup location address, will be provided via email.
